At Barbell Bark Club, we want you to love your gear as much as your dog loves interrupting your workout.
We offer free returns, easy 30-day returns, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and free size exchanges on eligible items.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
The 30-day period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery of your order.
Free Returns
Eligible returns include a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you.
Please do not send a return to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Approved returns must be sent using the return instructions and return address provided by Barbell Bark Club.
Free Size Exchanges
If your item does not fit as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a size exchange.
Eligible size replacements are shipped at no additional charge.
Exchange availability may depend on current inventory. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barbellbarkclub.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and, when relevant, the packaging
After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return, refund, or size exchange, contact us at support@barbellbarkclub.com or 251-767-9200 with your order number and the reason for your request.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
When a return is required, we will process the refund after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
If we determine that a physical return is not necessary, we may process the refund after approving your request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After we issue a refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original Shipping Charges
Standard return shipping for eligible returns is free.
Any original expedited or upgraded shipping charge is generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted item, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Many Barbell Bark Club products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@barbellbarkclub.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production or fulfillment.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Abuse of the Return Policy
Barbell Bark Club reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of the return process, excessive or repetitive returns, or items that do not meet the eligibility requirements described above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
